Hira Lal Kausar
He participated in the Farmer Movement in 1932. Actively worked in Solan, Lahore, and Multan areas. Founded Praja Mandal in 1934. He was imprisoned in Lahore in 1938 during the Civil Disobedience Movement. He served as President and General Secretary of Praja Mandal. He was dismissed from service and later honoured with a Tamrapatra in 1972.
